1. Overview of InconelX-750

Annealing: 955~1010 degree , water cooling.

Annealing of welded parts before welding: 980 degree , 1h.

Stress relief annealing of welded parts: 900 degree , moisturizing for 2 hours.

Stress relief annealing: 885 degree ±15 degree , 24h, air cooling.

1.5 InconelX-750 variety specifications and supply status It can supply various specifications of bars, forgings, rings, hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled plates, strips, pipes and wires.

Bars, forgings and rings can be supplied in the forged or hot-rolled state; they can also be supplied after solution treatment after forging; bars can be supplied after solution treatment by grinding or polishing; when the order requires it, they can be supplied in cold Pull state in place.

1.6 InconelX-750 smelting and casting process The alloy adopts electric arc furnace plus vacuum consumable remelting, vacuum induction plus electroslag, electroslag plus vacuum consumable remelting or vacuum induction plus vacuum consumable remelting.
